Frequently Asked Questions

  • Weekly private half-hour lessons are priced at $43.

  • Lessons are billed in monthly sessions comprised of consecutive weeks. Each month is automatically charged through a major credit card.

  • If you decide to continue after the free trial lesson, there is a short contract to complete which authorizes recurring monthly payments. All students are auto-charged on the 25th of each month for the upcoming month of lessons.

  • Notice of discontinuance must be given in writing no later than the 24th of the month prior to stopping.

  • Sound Music School does not refund or pro-rate sessions based on student availability. Monthly sessions are billed in consecutive weeks to reserve the time with a designated instructor. With 24 hours advanced notice, make-up lessons can be scheduled for cancellations. Missed lessons do not pro-rate future sessions. There are no refunds for early termination of a monthly session. Sound Music School will provide a sub in the event of a teacher’s absence. If we end up cancelling any paid session time you will be offered a credit on the upcoming monthly session or a full cash refund.
